Introducing Synergy-Pro Satis

We are pleased to introduce our latest addition in our suite of applications, Synergy-Pro Satis. Asset management has long been an area that has lacked a single all-in-one application as compared to other areas. Satis aims to be the leading asset management application in the region. Following in the footsteps of LanSupport, Satis is a web based application running on ASP.NET on IIS7 with SQL Server 2008 as the data store.

Satis is still in development and is currently in the Alpha stage of testing, we will soon be shipping out Beta versions. Keep checking the site for updates.

Below are some of the key features you can expect from Satis:

• Asset Lifecycle Management
  Satis will manage for you the entire lifecycle of your assets from requisition to disposal. All activities relating to the asset are logged for review later on.
• Asset Financials
  Management of asset finances can be a daunting task, Satis features complete asset financial management, from tendering / request for proposals, invoicing, purchasing and deprecation.
• Batch Creation of Multiple Assets
  Satis allows you to create an asset as a template and then using the batch creation feature, create hundreds or even thousands of identical assets with only the changes specified (like an incrementing serial no.).
• Security
  All of Satis’ features will require predefined permissions in order to allow Viewing, Creating, and Deleting of any data within the system. This will allow managers to delegate tasks to other personnel and only provide the permissions as required.
• Fully Web Based
  In keeping with tradition, Satis will be fully web based, no local installations will be required and all major browsers will be supported.
• Web Based Reports
  Satis will ship with numerous reports all viewable from your browser. Custom reports can be requested and we will gladly design as required.
