Lansupport System Requirements
Synergy-Pro LanSupport is a web-based solution that aims to leverage an organizations service automation efforts. Before you begin the installation, ensure that you have carefully gone through the following checklist. Ensure that all the software items noted are installed and running. Similarly, at least the minimum hardware requirements must be met and where possible, exceeded.

Start>- Settings>- Control Panel>- double click (open) Add/Remove Programs and check the version on Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Start>- Settings>- Control Panel>- double click (open) Add/Remove Programs>- Add/Remove Windows Components icon. If the IIS checkbox is NOT checked, then IIS is not installed.
