Updates to LanSupport 5.3.013 are now complete and you can now download them using the update application installed with LanSupport 5.3. To launch the updater, navigate to:
Start > Synergy-Pro Software > Synergy-Pro LanSupport > Tools > Check for Updates...
The application will download & install the latest update to LanSupport. We recommend that you perform this update during non-working hours because the update will reset your web server & may require additional configuration in case you have custom settings. Also note that to install the update, you will require a working internet connection. If you would like to perform an offline update, contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to perform an offline update.
Note:
The automatic update functionality is only available in LanSupport 5.3. If you have a lower version (e.g 4.6.0, 5.0.0 etc), you will have to install the full version.
